DayGlow - Which is dubbed as the "World's Largest Paint Party" is coming to Danbury and causing a stir

On April 27th thousands of fans of DayGlow will pay $52 to listen to music and be shot with paint, in what is being described as a new musical trend. The show has apparently sold out in 50 towns on the last tour, according to the DayGlow website.

DAYGLOW began in 2006 on college campuses in Florida. Since then, it has quickly taken the nation by storm by positioning itself as a one of a kind experience. It is a "spectacular show that fuses high-energy music, art, dance, and PAINT into one mind blowing combination."

It began as a college tradition and has now transformed into a world-renowned live concert, featuring spectacular DJs, soaring aerial acts, stilt-walkers, contortion acts, fire shows, and cannons to deliver the famous “Paint Blast,” along with many other unforgettable live performances. The paint blast is when paint cannons shoot paint over 100 feet into the audience.

DayGlow is now in 3d, and distributing 3D glasses to the entire audience to be able to get the full visual effect.
