Drink Pink Donations Presented to Ann's Place & Danbury Hospital Breast Cancer Program

Bernard's Restaurant was pretty in pink on Wednesday, October 15 as hundred locals gathered for the 5th Annual Drink Pink event.

The evening of friendship and camaraderie supported Danbury Hospital Breast Cancer Program and Ann’s Place - two local nonprofit organizations that help cancer victims, survivors and their caregivers. With the support of so many local residents and business owners, nearly 4K was raised for these two organizations.

Today, Drink Pink committee members Sarah Bouissou and Kerry Anne Ducey presented event proceeds to Lori Zezza, Director of Events & Publicity at Ann's Place, and to Dr. Valerie Staradub, Medical Director of Danbury Hospital's Breast Care Program.

"We're thrilled that in just two short (and very fun) hours we were able to raise a good amount of funds for these two amazing organizations," said Ducey.

Until next year...THINK PINK.
