Wooster Students Spread Valentine’s Cheer To Danbury Hospital Patients

Wooster Upper School and Lower School students gather regularly as part of the Big Brother Big Sister program. This month the students created Valentine’s Day cards for the children at Danbury Hospital.

The Wooster students took time to spread some love and happiness to the pediatric patients. It was with the spirit of love for family and friends that Wooster students took the opportunity to share this Valentine's Day amongst the children at Danbury Hospital.

The students enjoyed creating the decorative cards and personal notes, full of sweet sentiments. Dr. Stephanie Bell, Head of Lower School, delivered all of the cards to Liz King, Donor Relations and Events Assistant at Danbury Hospital for distribution on Valentine’s Day.

The staff at Danbury Hospital were appreciative and relayed the young patients' delight upon receiving the cards on Valentine's Day.  We look forward to more opportunities to collaborate with Danbury Hospital's pediatric unit.
