Bethel Museum Open House on July 19th

History...without it you don't exist!

The Bethel Historical Society invites you to take a gander at The Bethel Museum on Saturday, July 19th from 2-4 pm. Housed in the Historic 1842 Second Meeting House (40 Main St.), the Bethel Museum is generally open once per month (though not so much in the Winter months) or by appointment.

The Museum is currently showcasing a collection of artifacts and memorabilia from the Stony Hill Inn - in conjunction with "And the Swans Still Swim - The Story of the Stony Hill Inn" a 36 minute film made by the Bethel Historical Society as a tribute to this now-gone-icon of Bethel. The museum is also displaying the love letters of Hiram Sturdevant Taylor and Florence Coutant (found in the walls of a Bethel residence), a number of old Bethel items, vintage cameras and physician's implements and much more.

Admission is FREE and all are invited! Visit the website for more info.
