Free Concert by US Air Force Brass Band at Palace Danbury

TO PERFORM FREE CONCERT AT PALACE DANBURY

Danbury’s Palace Theatre is delighted to present a free concert performed by the United States Air Force Heritage Brass Band on Sunday March 22 at 2:00 pm.

Representing Air Force professionals serving across the globe, Heritage Brass features the diverse talents of professional Airman-musicians whose commitment to excellence has earned worldwide acclaim and military distinction.

Comprised of ten brass players and a percussionist, the ensemble maintains a rigorous performance schedule presenting a diverse repertoire featuring patriotic favorites, jazz standards, new compositions and distinctive arrangements. From Mozart to Glenn Miller and John Phillips Sousa to Duke Ellington, Heritage Brass offers a musical experience enjoyed by all audiences.

Whether performing in a concert hall, an educational venue, a large sporting event, or in support of a military function, their innovative approach allows them to perform both as a large symphonic group and an intimate chamber ensemble.

As professional airman-musicians, Heritage Brass is committed to inspiring the American public, communicating Air Force core values, and honoring our nation’s veteran’s through the power of music.  They are proud to represent our nation’s airmen who fly, fight, and win in air, space, and cyberspace.

Heritage Brass will perform at The Palace Danbury on Sunday, March 22 at 2:00 PM. This is a concert is free and open to the community. Seating is general admission and doors will open at 1:00 PM, one hour before the performance.

The historic Palace Danbury Theatre is located at 165 Main Street in Danbury, CT. Free parking for patrons is readily available in their parking lot behind the theatre.
