Discover Korean Culture at the Bethel Public Library

The Bethel Public Library is pleased to present The Hidden Treasures of Korean Art on Saturday May 9, 2-4 pm at the Library.  Presented by the Korean Spirit and Culture Promotion Project, the program will feature two documentary films: 50 Wonders of Korea and Korea Today: Koreas Industrial Achievements. After the films, attendees will be treated to a reenactment of a traditional Korean wedding, as well as light refreshments. This is a unique opportunity for attendees to travel to Korea without leaving Connecticut!

The Korean Spirit and Culture Promotion Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting Korean history and culture to the world. The program will be enjoyed by adults and high school students alike. Registration is required and limited to 50. Register through the Library website www.bethellibrary.org, call 203-794-8756 x 4, or sign up in person at the Library.
