Joe Namath Football Camps Starts July 13th: Sign Up NOW!

Camp runs from July 13 - July 16, 2015. Tuition for our 2015 session is $795.00 for overnight campers and $495.00 for day campers. A $95.00 non-refundable deposit is required with your application. Full payment on all balances must be paid on or before your arrival at camp, and no refunds after July 1, 2015 can be made for late arrivals, early departures, illness, injury, cancellation or dismissals. Group rates are available upon request.

Supervision: Players are supervised both on and off the field by our trained staff of coaches and counselors. The ratio of campers to staff will approximate 8 to 1.

Required Equipment: Players must supply their own shoulder pads, helmet, chin strap, pants, pads, cleats, mouthpieces, cup and athletic supporter. Most schools and town programs will loan equipment to prospective campers. A limited amount of equipment is available for a rental fee of $70.00.

Medical Care: Two qualified trainers and a registered nurse will be in attendance on the field and in the dorms. A Pre-camp physical, administered within the last year is required for each camper. The camp’s liability and full medical insurance are covered on the fitness form.

Day Camper Program: Our typical day camper schedule is from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M and includes full instruction, camp t-shirt, camp diploma and awards.

What to Bring: Each camper will receive a complimentary playbook and t-shirt. In addition to football equipment, each camper should supply their own sheets, pillow, blanket, towel and toiletries.

Eligibility: Boys, ages 8-18. Since leagues and state athletic boards have differing rules regarding participation in specialty camps, each boy or his parents should check with a coach or athletic director to satisfy themselves regarding eligibility. Our camp conforms to rules governing high school and pre-high school football.

WCSU will host the Joe Namath Football Camp at the Westside Athletic Complex on the university’s Westside campus, 43 Lake Ave. Extension in Danbury. The camp will be open to boys ages 8 to 18.
