The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for our area beginning today, Thursday, June 13 beginning at 4:00 pm and lasting until 9:00 pm for the follwoing areas:
Southern Connecticut including 4 counties: Fairfield, Middlesex, New Haven, and New London
The Watch includes 11 counties in southeast New York:

New York, NY
Orange
Putnam
Queens
Rockland
Suffolk
