Are you being affected by a job transition -- "downsizing," company closings, job market entry or re-entry, or underemployment? Have a cup of coffee or tea with others who are "in the same boat," then head out together for a relaxing walk. The group determines the walking route, and meets on the first and third Mondays of each month.
