Winter Weather Advisory
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for area from 3pm today, Tuesday, March 3, until 10am tomorrow, Wednesday, March 4.
Snow and freezing rain are said to impact Northeast New Jersey, the Lower Hudson Valley, northern Westchester, and southern Connecticut. Accumulations of 2 to 4 inches are expected.
Snow will develop late this afternoon and then mix with sleet and freezing rain tonight before a change to freezing rain late tonight.
Snow covered with ice will make traveling difficult. Be prepared for slippery roads and limited visibility.
