Ridgefield Visiting Nurses Association (RVNA) SEEKS DIRECTOR OF PRIVATE DUTY HEALTHCARE SERVICES
Reports to: VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Job Summary: The ideal candidate must have proven ability to market, manage, operate and grow a business, and to maintain a satisfied and well cared for client base. The Director will have responsibility for managing staff, overseeing operations, developing policies and procedures for private duty services and developing and meeting budgets. The Director must effectively market the business through participation in area organizations and professional groups and must liaison with related businesses and referral sources.
The Director reports to the Vice President of Business Operations and sits on the RVNA Executive Leadership Team. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Submit cover letter and resume to mwilkes@ridgefieldvna.org
- An appropriate degree in business and a minimum of 5 years experience in the non-medical healthcare industry
- Has strong entrepreneurial/leadership and organizational skills
- Is self-motivated
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrates strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Works well under pressure
- Works well with people from various backgrounds and professions
- Skillful in Microsoft office computer software, and internet research
- Able to meet critical job demands
