Eastern Bluebirds Program at #FlandersNatureCenter

On Sunday, March 15th at 2PM, Flanders’ naturalist Edward Boisits will be giving a lively presentation about the Eastern Bluebird nesting box trail which is located at the Flanders’ Van Vleck Sanctuary in Woodbury.

Edward will provide background on the history of the Eastern Bluebird and discuss the role of the nesting box initiative in helping to increase populations of these beautiful birds to sustainable levels.  Come find out what Flanders is doing and what you yourself can do to help to encourage these birds to nest in your own backyard.

The presentation will include a photographic tour of Flanders nesting box trail during a typical breeding season from April through August.  Experience the beauty of spring and the warmth of summer through Edward's photos!

The program will be held at the Flanders Studio at 5 Church Hill Road in Woodbury which is located on the corner of Flanders and Church Hill Roads.
