Information about 2016 Flu Clinics

Flu Vaccines will be available for ages 6 months and older. Preservative-free flu vaccines, High-Dose flu vaccines for ages 65 years and older, Quadrivalent inactivated flu shots as well as traditional flu shots will be available.

Please bring your medical insurance card - Insurances that will be billed directly are: Aetna, Anthem BC/BS, ConnectiCare, Healthy CT, Medicare Part B & Oxford, Medicare Advantage Plans with Aetna, Anthem BC/BS, ConnectiCare, & Wellcare

• No charge for Vaccines for ALL CHILDREN 4 AND UNDER

• No charge for children 18 years or younger who are Medicaid or Husky A/B enrolled, has no health insurance/self-pay, American Indian or Alaskan Native, or under-insured

If you do not have a participating insurance plan, payments will be accepted by cash, check, health savings account or credit card.

Bethel VNA is NOT a preferred provider for flu vaccines for Cigna or United Health Care (including Secure Horizons).
