In today's newsletter, Bethel Superintentent Christine Carver reminds parents of the January 26 Board of Ed meeting where she will present her budget recommendations.
Through the budget process, we will prioritize continuation all of our outstanding curricular and extra curricular activities, while continuing to make progress towards our Strategic Plan and attainment of skills outlined in our Global Competency Rubrics. The presentation will highlight our priorities towards accomplishing our goals as a system. Our data supports continued growth in our primary purpose, to improve student outcomes. Development of the 2017-2018 budget is a reflection of our commitment to that purpose, not only in terms of standardized testing results, but the skills students demonstrate on a daily basis. Our students continue to receive a progressive education, preparing them for the 21st century global economy.
