Town of Bethel Property Auction
The Auction slated for June 20, 2017 at 10:00 am at the Bethel Municipal Center 1 School Street Bethel, CT 06801.
The tax collector of the Town of Bethel has levied upon the following properties in Bethel and slated them for public auction to satisfy delinquent taxes and charges under C.G.S. § 12-157. Unless paid, these properties will be auctioned in “as is” condition at 10:00 a.m. on June 20, 2017 at the Clifford J. Hurgin Municipal Center at 1 School Street in Bethel.

- 117 Chestnut Ridge Road
- 16 Hawleyville Road
- 7 Evergreen Drive
- 33 South Street
- 91 and 93 Old Hawleyville Road
