Bethel High School Class of 2017 Visit Alma Maters to Reflect & Celebrate

Congratulations to the members of the BHS class of 2017 who earned approximately 3.25 million dollars in ROTC, local and national scholarships!

Bethel Superintendent Christine Carver explains, "Last year we started a new tradition, Graduation Walk. The Class of 2017 walked the halls of all of our elementary schools in their cap and gown in halls lined with students. The purpose was for the seniors to serve as role models and inspire their younger peers to achieving the goal of graduation."

In her most recent newsletter to parents, Carver explains how the Class of 2017 went to the K-3 school they attended (Berry or Rockwell) and converged at Johnson School & Middle School. High school students were able to see teachers they had when in elementary school, causing reflection in their accomplishments.

"The program has been a great success and we will continue it as a tradition," says Carver.
