Director of Clinical Services

We are currently seeking a dynamic and innovative Director of Clinical Services to conceptualize and implement best-practice clinical services. You will be responsible for directing a comprehensive system to ensure clinical services and supports are organizationally integrated and delivered in the highest quality and most respectful, ethical, responsive manner. General responsibilities include: planning, directing, system development and management of all professional resources, assuring quality care and services, ensuring compliance with all article 16 and 28 clinic regulations, adherence to the principle of person-centered planning and the satisfaction of people served, their families and funding sources.

The ideal candidate must hold a Doctoral degree in clinical or behavioral psychology from an accredited college or university. Must hold or be eligible for a Connecticut and New York License to practice as a Psychologist. Must have three (3) years experience, preferably in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation setting. Must have strong communication and supervisory skills, computer literacy, Continuous Quality Improvement experience, and fiscal management skills.
