New Yoga Studio will Open March 1st to Provide Yoga and Wellness for the Whole Family
Firefly Family Yoga of Ridgefield is pleased to announce their grand opening on March 1st at 105 Danbury Road, Suite 201.
The only studio in Fairfield County specifically dedicated to facilitating yoga practice for the whole family, Firefly Family Yoga will offer Vinyasa, prenatal, postnatal, Mommy/Daddy & me, kids, teen, mens’, seniors and gentle yoga classes with certified and experienced instructors.
Additional services and staff include a Registered Dietician specializing in prenatal and family nutrition; Massage therapy and instruction for prenatal, infant, kids and couples massage; Essential oils and aromatherapy; and an Occupational Therapist specializing in Lactation Consultancy.
Firefly Family Yoga's mission is to help each student find a sense of peace while stirring the fire within.
