With locations in Westchester County, New York, Salsa Fresca Mexican Grill has opened across the border in Danbury, Connecticut. This "quick-service, locally owned Mexican food concept" restaurant uses only delicious, high quality ingredients and all the food served is made fresh daily on site. The menu contains six signature dishes along with 'build your own' options so diners have the freedom to create the exact dish that they want.
The three owners have made a commitment to the environment and each of their restaurants use green utensils and packaging, efficient lighting and heating, and their cooking oil is recycled into bio diesel fuel.
