A Walk in the Woods, starring Robert Redford, Nick Nolte and Emma Thompson, opens TODAY at the cinema. We will continue playing Diary of a Teenage Girl, Meru, Mistress America and The End of the Tour.
Sunday evening marks the end of the late evening shows at the cinema (the 9 pm times) until Memorial Day. We are feeling sad that summer is ending but look forward to the amazing cinematic offerings on the horizon.
FilmFest 52 is going strong. If you haven't had the opportunity to come to to any of the offerings, I highly suggest attending on a Wednesday night. We are showing fantastic indie films, some great shorts compilations, and interesting documentaries. We have had several fantastic Q&A sessions with the filmmakers, delicious delicacies at the after parties (compliments of Michael Bick's Some Things Fishy Catering), and terrific feedback from audiences.
