The Town of Bethel recently added this photo of the construction on the Eureka Water Tank earlier this week:
A construction crane carefully drops the final dome panel in place on the nearly-completed Eureka water tank. The tank is expected to be ready to be filled for pressure testing by mid-July and should be delivering water to Bethel by fall.
It is located on Long Ridge Road in Danbury on property the town of Bethel has owned since the 1870's. You can't miss it if you drive up Long Ridge off of Reservoir Road.
