New Pond Farm Hosts Daylong Nature Retreat

On Saturday September 23, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. join Redding neighbor and psychologist Ann Reeves in slowing down for a early fall’s day to deepen your awareness of the beauty and healing gifts of the natural world. We will explore each element of nature in a slow, experiential manner in order to feel reconnected to their energies, be more at peace, and renew our commitment to be good stewards of our Earth.

We will tell our own nature stories and incorporate grounding exercises: breathing, movement, meditation, poetry, drumming, and alone time outside to experience the four elements in a deeply personal way.

Please bring a journal or notebook, a writing utensil, bug repellent, a drum or rattle if you’d like, and rain gear if needed- we will be spending time outside rain or shine.

A simple farm lunch of squash soup, homemade bread, and salad will be provided.

This program is $100 per person.

Registration is required. please visit us online or call us at (203) 938-2117 to register.
