Get charged up Bethel! An electric vehicle (EV) charging station is now up and running at the Bethel Railroad Station, and just waiting for you to plug in your electric car.
The station was built on a $6,339 grant from Gov. Dannel Malloy's Office and the CT Electric Vehicle Charging Station Reimbursement Program. This was all part of Malloy's effort to make Connecticut a "range confident" state, giving EV drivers more confidence than ever before that they can recharge their batteries when needed.
Say goodbye to gas fumes. Just plug in your car like you would your cell phone, and enjoy the new and cleaner energy.
