On October 19, 2016, the New York State Police at Dover Plains arrested 58 year old Rosemarie P. Castillo of the Village of Pawling, New York as a Fugitive From Justice.
Investigation revealed that the Bethel Police Department, Farifield County, Connecticut had an arrest warrant for Castillo stemming from a Larceny 6th degree charge.
Castillo was arraigned in the Dutchess County Court where she was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond while awaiting extradition back to Connecticut.
