Work on the Thanksgiving Basket Program is already in full swing. Food drives are scheduled for Friday evening, Nov. 18th at DeCicco's Market in Brewster, and then on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 19th & 20th from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the following locations:
- Acme of Mahopac
- Acme of Patterson
- Shop Rite of Carmel
- Kobacker's Market in Brewster
- Putnam Lake Market
We ask your support of these drives. Through your generous donations, 400 Putnam families will receive a basket filled with all the ingredients needed to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving meal. You can donate a turkey at any of these stores and volunteers will be handing out flyers with a list of other suggested items. Call to volunteer if you'd like to be a part of this great communal effort.
