The Putnam County 4H fair presented by the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Putnam County concluded this past Sunday with a small parade of volunteers and exhibitors just as the day ended.
Fair go-ers were treated to exhibits of paintings, antique trucks and food vendors along with several service groups that help county residents with needs ranging from help to families with small children to the eldest veterans. There was music and entertainment galore on the grounds of the Veterans Memorial Park in Carmel. There were livestock displays and magic shows along with face painting and play areas for kids.
