Champions for Children Breakfast
Please join us as we welcome MATTHEW SANDUSKY, Guest Speaker and Executive Director of the Peaceful Hearts Foundation, adopted son of former Penn State Football Coach Jerry Sandusky and child abuse survivor. Matt will share his inspirational message of hope and how his traumatic personal experience is now helping to empower and educate children how to use their voices and protect themselves.
We will also be honoring ERIC GROSS, this year's recipient of the Champion for Children Award for his extraordinary service to the children of Putnam County and founding member of The Friends of Putnam CAC, Inc. Eric has been a long time sponsor of the Children's Expo and Public Safety Day and lifelong advocate for all the children of Putnam County. Eric is also a renowned local journalist for both Putnam County Courier and sister paper, Putnam County News & Recorder.
