For 17 years, has been entertaining local audiences. That streak continues this March as the troupe opens its 17th season with a six-show run of Neil Simon's "California Suite."
Simon is at his wittiest best with this confection in four parts. Visitors from New York, Philadelphia, London and Chicago check into the Beverly Hills Hotel and deal with squabbling exes, feuding friends, a cheating husband and a bitter actress in town for the Academy Awards.
Each of the four vignettes in this comedy will have its own director: Mario Riccobon (Carmel) Christopher Moser (Mahopac), Christopher Gladysz (NYC/Brewster) and Nic Anthony Calabro (Eastchester).
The cast members include Rebecca Pokorski (Brookfield), Rob Ansbro (Mahopac), Ted Schwartz (Brookfield), Diane Preston (Mahopac), Laurel Lettieri (Norwalk), Ken Shelby (Granite Springs), Judy Brewster (Brewster), Michele Leigh (Brookfield), Brandy Hughes (Bethel), Vincent LaRusso (Brewster), and Steve Zerilli (Carmel).
The show is co-produced by Judy Brewster and Jenna Isabella (Cortlandt Manor). Stage Managers are Kaitlin Balfe (Brewster) and Karen O’Leary (Carmel).
Performance dates are March 18, 23, 24, 25 at 7:30 p.m. and March 19 at 2:00 p.m.
Tickets are $20 general admission; $18 for students and seniors. Tickets can be purchased online.
