New York Riders of Putnam County will be observing Purple Heart Day(Monday Aug 7th) on Sunday Aug 6th at 10 a.m. at Putnam County Veterans Park, 201 Gipsy Trail Rd, Carmel NY. A brief ceremony will take place at the Purple Heart monument. All are invited to pay their respects to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice during battle and to thank those that were wounded during their service for their heroic actions.
