In this educational workshop, Christopher Maslowski, L.Ac., will present simple exercises anyone can do to reduce stress. Before practicing these exercises, learn how effective breathing can improve Heart Rate Variability and common barriers to healing. Some quick tips to consider while exercising will also be covered.
