Container Gardening with Master Gardeners
Join the Master Gardeners of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Putnam County on Saturday June 4th from 10 am to 11:30 am at 1 Geneva Road Brewster and learn to grow wonderful vegetables and herbs on your deck, patio or other appropriate areas. It is not necessary to have large property or a ‘back-forty’ to reap a healthy harvest close to home. Container vegetable gardening is easy and fun and can be adapted to fit your space and budget. This program will teach the basics of container gardening: what to plant, maintenance, and choosing the correct container for any yard.
