Brewster Central School District Director of Technology and Innovation John Krouskoff and District Instructional Technology Specialist Peter LaMoreaux have created a video to discuss the NYS Smart Schools Bond Act and it's impact learning opportunities in our district. The video has been uploaded to the District website. "There have been many professional learning activities over the past year to support teachers in the strategic use of digital tools, including a focus on student centered learning and how the increase in digital resources changes what it means to be a student and teacher in the district" Mr Krouskoff stated. "The district’s shift from an acceptable use policy to a responsible use policy is also examined, including the reasons for such a shift and how the changes have been communicated to staff and students."
