Dream Rocket Project by BHS Students

BHS Drawing & Painting students collaborated and created group projects for 2017 Dream Rocket Project exhibit.

BHS Drawing & Painting students collaborated and created group projects for inclusion in the 2017 Dream Rocket Project exhibit. The theme of this year’s project is Dawn of the Next Generation: Regenerative Design. The work will be on display at the 3rd Roosevelt-Vanderbilt Historic Site Art Exhibit in Hyde Park, New York from April 1 – May 31.

Students were asked to explore the National Parks System through an interactive tour on The Hidden Worlds of the National Parks System https://artsandculture.withgoogle.com/en-us/ Groups decided on a theme and imagery pulling inspiration from the National Parks System and utilizing NPS Ranger Uniforms, which had been retired and given new life in the students’ art work.
