The Grange's last Poultry Market/Tailgate Swap of the year will be taking place at the same time - learn how to care for chickens and then purchase a few to take home!

Whether you'd like a big flock or just a few as pets, this workshop will cover all the basics of raising chickens on almost any amount of property. Learn how to start chicks successfully, about different coop designs, predators and deterrents, types of feeds and supplements to keep your chickens
healthy, local regulations regarding keeping chickens on residential property, and much more!
The program will include the use of numerous photographs, diagrams and charts, examples of the equipment and tools used in caring for chickens and their eggs, and perhaps even a few guest chickens!
