Cruskaia is a registered yoga teacher trained in aligned vinyasa, which focuses on alignment and connecting breath with movement.
Cruskaia began practicing yoga over 15 years ago, but it wasn't until she became a mom of two that she realized deepening her practice would help her find peace off the mat as well. She obtained her RYT-200 at Yoga Culture in Danbury, CT, where she learned an aligned vinyasa style which connects movement with breath. She hopes to teach her students the power of the breath, and how to use their yoga practice on and off the mat, while toning their bodies, tuning their minds, and lightening their spirits.
