Zumba classes are a great way to get fit and have fun doing it! Putnam Hospital Center orthopedic nurse Kathy Muglio will instruct this Zumba class and provide tips to avoid injury during exercise.
Entrance to the event is on Old Route 6, Brewster, across the street from Tilly Foster General Store. It will be held near the Putnam Bikeway.
