Fitness Classes at Patterson Rec

Fitness Classes at Patterson Rec with Sue Hughes. Next session begins November 13.
Circuit Training - Monday & Thursday 8 am to 9 am. A form of body conditioning that involves resistance training and easy to follow cardio segments. This class will keep your heart rate elevated and strengthen and tone all major muscle groups. $56 for an 8 class session.

Floor, Core & More - Monday & Thursday 9:15 am to 10:15 am. This class addresses core strength, muscle endurance, joint stability, balance, coordination and more. This strength and flexibility class will challenge all areas of the body using your own body mass, resistance bands and weights for an effective workout that will strengthen, lengthen and tone. $56 for an 8 class session.
