Seven Star School of Performing Arts offers Zumba Classes for Adults. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
Zumba Certified Instructor, Beth Saultz, teaches classes select Saturdays from 8 –8:45 AM and Select Wednesday from 7-8pm. Classes this month with be held on January 13,17,20,24,27 and 31.
