Brewster woman dies in Danbury hit and run
State Police report that Roger Leblanc, 43, of Torrington, was charged with manslaughter, operating while under the influence and evading an accident which resulted in the death of a pedestrian, Susan Blaney, of Brewster.
According to police, a witness to the accident which occured on I-84 eastbound, just before Exit 7, followed Leblanc's car off Exit 8 in Danbury and called 911. Police located Leblanc at 100 Newtown Road.
