State Police in Somers charge Lewisboro woman with Grand Larceny

On December 28, 2016, New York State Police from the Somers barracks arrested 28-year-old Marissa N. Foley of Lewisboro, New York, for Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony.

In August of 2015, Troopers from the Somers barracks were dispatched to a Lewisboro residence to investigate a reported larceny.  The homeowners reported that silverware, jewelry, and prescription medication had been stolen from their home.

Subsequent to a lengthy investigation, it was discovered that Foley, employed by the family as a dog walker, had stolen the items while caring for the family’s pets.

Foley was arraigned before Judge Bobolia in the Town of North Salem Justice Court and released on $1,000 bail.  She is due to appear in North Salem Court at a later date and time.
