In Southeast New York, Westchester, Orange, Putnam, And Rockland. * From Monday Afternoon Through Late Monday Night * Showers And Thunderstorms Are Expected To Develop Across The Area Monday Afternoon Into Monday Night In Association With A Slow Moving Cold Front. These Storms Have The Potential To Train Across The Same Area, Leading To Flash Flooding. * Rainfall Totals Of 1 To 2 Inches Are Expected Across The Watch Area, With Locally Higher Amounts, Especially In Any Training Thunderstorms.
