Danbury Police have report in a Press Release that on Saturday, August 5 at approximately 5:45 pm, they were dispatched to Abbott Street in Danbury for the report of a suspicious activity complaint. When they arrived on the scene, they found 18 year old Gabriel Bara-Bardo of Danbury, alone and unconscious in the roadway next to his vehicle.
According the Press Release, the victim never regained consciousness and died injuries sustained from blunt impact to the head and neck. It was determined that Bara-Bardo was murdered, police say.
Danbury detectives report that they were able to determine that the aforementioned 15-year-old Ronald Massagli was involved in the homicide of Bara-Bardo’s homicide. Police located Massagli on August 16 in the vicinity of Wilson Street in Danbury and placed him under arrest without incident.
This is an ongoing investigation and Danbury Police say that they expect to make additional arrests.
