Nighttime travelers on I-84 will have some added travel time for the next 17 days.
On August 30th and continung until Sept 17th, the left lanes of I-84 in both directions will be closed for roadwork according to the New York State Dept. of Transportation. The eastbound left lane will be closed from Exit 21 to the Connecticut State Line between the hours of 8pm and 5 am. Westbound, the lane will be closed from the state line to exit 19 during the same hours. There will not be any lane closures over the Labor Day weekend according to DOT.
