FALL FLU CLINIC
Monday, Oct. 23, Carmel Fire Dept., Rt. 52 and Vink Dr., Carmel. From 2-6:30pm.
No appointments are necessary and doors will not open until 2:00 p.m. Please bring proof of residency (driver’s license) and Medicare card if applicable. Cost for flu vaccine is $25. For persons age 65 and older or with a Medicare card, flu vaccine will be free. High dose flu vaccine will be available at the clinic for those 65 and older but pneumonia vaccine will not.
