In honor of Flag Day, State Reps. Dan Carter (R-2) and Stephen Harding (R-107) will be hosting a flag collection in cooperation with the VFW Bethel Post #935 and Joseph W. Tarrent, Jr. Memorial American Legion Post #100, for constituents to retire their worn American Flags.

WHERE: CJH Municipal Center, 1 School Street, Bethel, CT
The U.S. Flag Code specifies that old American flags no longer in service must be properly disposed.The legislators encourage all district constituents to come by and drop off flags that will be retired in an honorable manner.
