Reducing Your Energy Costs with the Cozy Home Loan at The Brookfield Library

EnergizeCT is reaching out to the Town of Brookfield through the Brookfield Energy Commission and other community groups to inform homeowners about the "Cozy Home Loan" - a 2.99% loan for home repairs, insulation, new heating and cooling systems, and more.  

For no up-front costs and with predictable savings that will most likely be greater than the affordable monthly payments, qualified homeowners can enjoy greatly reduced energy costs.
