David Frost and Richard Nixon—the two men could not have been more different. One was an affable television journalist and talk show host: the other, the secretive and brooding former President of the United States. But by the late 1970s the acclaim both men had once enjoyed had been lost. Frost had been abandoned by his fans and Nixon, facing probable impeachment, resigned his office and sought out self-imposed exile.

Now, in a compelling new production, Brookfield Theatre re-creates the face-to-face interviews by which Frost sought to recapture his reputation and career and which, in a shattering confession, sealed Nixon’s fate. This vivid stage adaptation was written by Peter Morgan, who also fashioned the prize-winning film.
