Ricky Byrd, famed rock guitarist to play an acoustic, unplugged show on the LIVE! At Route 7 Music stage! Ricky Played guitar and performed with with Joan Jett and The Blackhearts 81-91 and was Twice Nominated to Rock and Roll hall of Fame with Joan Jett and The Blackhearts.
Ricky has toured around the globe and has performed with some of his rock and roll idols such as Roger Daltrey, Jimmy Page, Ian Hunter and Southside Johnny.
Presently Ricky is out an about in support of his new rock CD "LIFER" which was named the "#10 Coolest CD in The World 2013" on Little Stevens Underground Garage and his single from the CD "Things to Learn" was named "First Coolest song in The World 2014" on Little Stevens Underground Garage.
Ricky will be performing an intimate unplugged show of his music from "LIFER" along with some great rock hits of his favorite artists at LIVE! At Route 7 Music Performance Space, 355 Federal Road, Brookfield CT on August 7 from 7:30pm-9:00pm. Along with this performance Ricky will be telling tales from his rock and roll road experiences in only a way Ricky can.
