Chick-fil-A opens in the Danbury Fair Mall on Thursday

Chick-fil-A will open its first Danbury restaurant on Thursday, November 6, in the food court of Danbury Fair Mall.  Owner/Operator Rich Beattie will award a free, one-year supply of Chick-fil-A meals to each of the first 100 adults in line at the new restaurant.

The first 100 adults in line by 9 a.m. on Thursday at the new Danbury Fair Mall Chick-fil-A restaurant each will receive a digital offer card loaded with 52 free Chick-fil-A meals. Participants, 18 years and older with identification, can line up no earlier than 24 hours prior to the opening at the Chick-fil-A tent located at the overflow parking lot near the main mall entrance. Complete rules and details are available at Chick-fil-A First 100 .

The new restaurant in Danbury comes less than a month after the chain opened its first Connecticut location in Brookfield on October 9. The Danbury Fair Mall location is one of two new restaurants Chick-fil-A is opening in the state on Thursday. A stand-alone restaurant in Wallingford will open the same day. A third stand-alone restaurant is slated to open in Enfield in early 2015.

Danbury Fair Mall is located at 7 Backus Avenue, Danbury.  The restaurant is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
