Rep. Harding Appointed Chair of Young Legislators Caucus

State Representative Stephen Harding (R-107) was recently appointed as the House Republican Chairman of the Connecticut General Assembly’s Young Legislators Caucus.

“I am honored to serve as Chairman and look forward to working with young legislators on both sides of the aisle to create legislation that helps incentivize our young professionals to grow their families and succeed here in the State of Connecticut,” said Rep. Harding. “This is an issue that is of the utmost importance to me.”

The Legislative Young Legislators Caucus is made up of both Senators and State Representatives who are 40 years old and younger. The group meets regularly to discuss issues and policies which impact younger Connecticut residents’ quality of life, including job creation, housing, the environment, public safety and higher education.
